Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Śubhakāla memberships are one-time payments — there is no automatic recurring billing. This policy explains refunds and how to cancel.

Annual memberships (Śubha, Sādhaka, Jyotiṣa)

• Within 30 days: full refund, no questions asked.
• After 30 days: a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the year — calculated as (remaining days ÷ 365) × price paid.

Lifetime membership

• Within 30 days: full refund.
• After 30 days: non-refundable. Because Lifetime is a one-time, all-inclusive purchase, it cannot be refunded once the 30-day window has passed. You confirm this explicitly at checkout.

How to cancel

Go to your account page and choose Cancel Membership. Cancelling drops you to the free Śiṣya tier. Because all plans are one-time, cancelling means there is simply no future charge — your access continues until the term you paid for ends.
