Viṣṇu Sahasranāma Sūtra
Pāda Sādhanā
The Viṣṇu Sahasranāma — Bhīṣma's instruction to Yudhiṣṭhira — contains 108 ślokas, mapped to the 108 nakṣatra-pādas of the zodiac. Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji (Bhīṣma Ekādaśī, 13 February 2003) prescribed that reciting the śloka corresponding to one's nakṣatra-pāda — eleven times daily for eleven days, alongside the full Sahasranāma — removes the afflictions of associated grahadoṣas.
Śubhakāla extends this prescription to every key point of your birth chart, so the practice can be focused on any area of life.

How to use this
Reciting the śloka associated with a chart point focuses devotional attention on the significations of that area — the planet's themes, the house's life-area, and the sign and nakṣatra it sits in. Begin with your Moon — your Janma Rāśi — then move to whichever graha or bhāva you wish to strengthen.
The classical prescription — per Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji's discourse: recite the full Viṣṇu Sahasranāma once daily, then your selected śloka eleven times daily, for eleven days.
Treat this as a sādhanā tool — focused devotional practice, not a guaranteed outcome.
